Leading Without Words.

 

Most of the time, we associate leadership with words.  But one of the most important capabilities is nonverbal leadership.  This can be leading by example.  But it is also leading through body language, eye contact, and other means. These channels are not just a substitute for words;  often, they are an even more powerful form of leadership.
